Council directs staff to explore foreclosing abatement liens on three properties after $16,000 spent on cleanup

After discussion of cost, process and potential town benefit, council voted to direct staff to explore the possibility of foreclosure on the abatement liens for the three properties. The motion to direct staff was moved by Johann Wallace and seconded by Cynthia Butterworth and the minutes record the motion passed unanimously.
