Both items were presented by Dr. Jim Johnson and were opened for council discussion; no final ordinances or zoning changes were adopted at the work session.
A motion to adjourn was moved by Mayor Johann Wallace, seconded by Councilmember Christy Hirshberg, and the motion passed unanimously. Town Clerk Brandye Thorpe later certified the minutes as a true and correct copy of the meeting record, noting a quorum was present.
