Ordinance 2026-03 would amend zoning (title 18) to remove the prohibition on firearms‑related home‑based businesses, consistent with A.R.S. 13-3108(A). The minutes record only first readings; the town attorney performed the readings and no final action was recorded.
Because these were first readings, councilmembers did not vote on final adoption. Further public notice and subsequent council action will be required for ordinance adoption and code changes.
