Stockbridge Valley appoints coaches, chairs; accepts bus driver retirement and hires replacements

At its May 13 meeting the Stockbridge Valley Central School District Board approved a slate of staffing actions. The board appointed Michele Wright and Barbara Holmes as Instructional Coaches for 2025–26 at $2,500 each and named department chairpersons Sara Eanniello, Shelia Bartlett, Mike Tillotson and Nicole LaFave at $1,250 each. The board accepted the retirement resignation of bus driver Thomas Richmond, effective August 15, 2025, and appointed Paul Thompson and David Commins as full-time bus drivers effective September 1, 2025; David Commins was also appointed as a substitute bus driver for 2025–26. The substitute teacher appointment of Kelly Emmons for the 2024–25 school year was also approved. All motions recorded in the minutes carried 5–0.
