Board approves BOCES legal services, cooperative tech bidding and FFA summer camp trip

The Stockbridge Valley Central School District Board voted to enter an intermunicipal agreement with Madison-Oneida BOCES for legal services for the 2025–26 school year and to adopt a cooperative bidding resolution with Madison-Oneida BOCES for technology procurement for 2025–26. Both actions passed on motions by Carol Marshall, seconded by Kristin Guinto, with unanimous 5–0 votes.
Separately, the board approved the FFA field trip to Camp Oswegatchie for the upcoming summer session. The approvals authorize the district to share legal services costs through BOCES, to participate in pooled technology purchasing, and to allow students to attend the FFA camp this summer. The minutes give no further budget detail for the trip or contract amounts.
