The zoning report presented to the Planning Board noted that 24 permits have been approved for the year 2025 and that one zoning permit was denied during the month. The report listed three open violations or complaints: 16417 Lee Rd. (trash) with a site visit on 10/31/2025 and a one-week extension to clean up before tickets are issued; 16380 Lee Rd. where more of a trailer has been demolished as of a 10/30/2025 site visit; and 14028 Military Rd., where the owner was told on 10/31/2025 to remove trash, a couch and wood within one week and to remain in contact with the zoning official.
The reporting official said they would continue to work with property owners and would proceed to enforcement (tickets) if progress was not maintained. The minutes record specific addresses, site-visit dates, and the one-week compliance requests for at least two of the properties.
