Councilwoman Courtney Brown moved the resolution and Councilwoman Dawn Nier seconded; roll-call votes were recorded with Nier, Brown, Lee and LaDuc voting YES and Supervisor Beth Arthur absent.
Zoning officer Robert Ball reported 20 permits approved in 2025 and described three active enforcement matters. Ball said he conducted site visits on 10/30 and 10/31 and, in at least one case, told the property owner they had one week to remove trash and debris before tickets would be issued. The minutes show follow-up contact and monitoring by the zoning officer.
