Board approves amendment to TDE agreement; flushing plan and modeling due Sept. 1

The board voted to approve 2025 Amendment #1 to the TDE Agreement, authorizing Barton & Loguidice to update system modeling and prepare a Comprehensive Flushing Plan. Councilman John LaDuc moved the amendment, Councilwoman Dawn Nier seconded, and the motion passed with "all ayes." Supervisor Beth Arthur was authorized to sign the amendment.
The minutes state the updated flushing plan and modeling must be submitted to the New York State Department of Health and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency by Sept. 1, 2025; Barton & Loguidice will begin the modeling updates on the town's behalf.
