Taylor Jennings of engineering firm Barton & Loguidice presented project updates to the Town Board, noting state comments on the Old Rome State Road water main and ongoing design work for a Fluoride Injection Building. Jennings said the firm anticipates bidding in May–June 2025 for some water-system work and reported that only a handful of meters remain to be replaced; billing for the May cycle was completed.
Jennings also detailed Sewer District No. 1 easement coordination and a projected construction window of May 2025 to November 2025. The presentation included operational notes—automatic flushing hydrants were deployed in May 2025 and the Campbell’s Point service connection was installed and turned on. The board received these updates; no formal motions were recorded on the projects during the meeting.
