Chippewa Strikers report successful Jamboree; Sparks program and fall tournament set

Jacob reported that the first Chippewa Strikers Jamboree on June 6 included 63 teams and 105 games and drew positive comments about field conditions. The organization plans to start full practices for a new Sparks Program on Aug. 1 and to host a League/Fall Tournament Oct. 9–11.
As part of event-safety planning, Jacob will contact the Fire Department to explore acquiring an AED for Walker Field. The minutes record the Jamboree attendance and schedule details; no contracts or funding decisions were recorded at the meeting.
