Lake Hallie board approves claims, treasurer reports and multiple licenses

Trustees received 2026 financial reports and approved claims and disbursements for $129,312.29 less $14,847.00 via roll call; the board also approved multiple operator, liquor, tobacco, fireworks and other licenses.
At the May 18 meeting the Village of Lake Hallie received the 2026 Treasurer's Report, Profit & Loss statement, and water and sewer utility reports; staff noted additional accounting adjustments remain pending audit completion and PSC reporting. During the Finance section Trustees approved claims and disbursements dated May 18, 2026 in the amount of $129,312.29 less $14,847.00. The roll call vote recorded Hudson – Aye; Lehmann – Aye; Spilde – Aye; Calkins – Excused; Danielson – Excused. The motion carried.
The board also approved a slate of licensing items presented that evening, including operators licenses, temporary operators licenses, social use permits/temporary Class “B” retailer’s licenses, liquor licenses, tobacco licenses, fireworks licenses, dance hall licenses, garbage hauler licenses, and salvage yard license. Trustees moved and seconded approval of the applications as presented; the motion carried unanimously.
