Planning commission schedules joint session with town council and adjusts fall meeting dates

Chair Katie said the council proposed an August 20 meeting that would begin with a two-hour executive session and continue as an open joint work session to discuss goals and planning topics. "August 20 at 4PM, we'll begin with an executive session," she said. Commissioners discussed alternative dates and ultimately agreed to move the regular September meeting to Sept. 17 and to shift the October meeting from Oct. 12 to Oct. 13.
Commissioners asked staff to circulate confirmed dates and to ensure meeting notices comply with public-hearing timelines.
