Motions and seconds recorded in the minutes: Juli Beesley moved to approve the Nov. 5 minutes with Kyle Laws seconding; Lauren Tesoro moved to approve the $100 art-class budget with Liz Morris seconding; Chair Randee Bereece moved to approve the $300 hoodie budget with Liz Morris seconding. All motions were recorded as unanimously agreed in the minutes. Chair Randee Bereece then moved to adjourn and the council voted unanimously to adjourn.
