Council postpones short-term rental compliance contract after staff presentation

Following the presentation, Councilmember Mark Townsend moved to postpone action to allow additional review; Kevin D Edmonds seconded and the motion passed unanimously, 6–0. No contract was approved at the meeting and staff will return with additional information at a future meeting.
Councilmembers did not vote to select a vendor and requested further review of the proposals and related procurement details before taking formal action.
