Joshua Roe, superintendent of the Tioga Central School District, told the board that he and Clerk Kristy Robertson "met with Rich Baldwin to discuss a PR plan for the proposed capital project and a tentative date of December 17th for the vote, a presentation will be given at the next meeting." Roe made the announcement as part of his superintendent report to the board on Oct. 1.
The board did not take action on a project at this meeting; Roe said the next step is a presentation at the district’s following meeting to provide voters and board members more information. The item will return to the agenda for further discussion and public input before any final decision or formal vote.
