Council places Bluff View Phase 4 on one‑year warranty, removes Sunview Phases 2 & 3 from warranty

Assistant City Manager Boyd Davis reported that Phase 4 of the Bluff View subdivision completed required infrastructure and passed staff inspection. He recommended placing the phase on a one‑year warranty. Council Member Jeremy Strong moved to approve placing Phase 4 on warranty, Council Member Chatterton seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
Davis also reported Sunview Estates Phases 2 and 3 have completed their warranty period and final inspections show required items are in good condition; he recommended removing those phases from warranty. Council Member Chatterton moved and Council Member Judd seconded the motion to remove the phases from warranty; the Council unanimously agreed. Davis credited Public Works Inspector Zane Adams for performing inspections.
