At 9:00 a.m. on Aug. 6 the Park County Board of Commissioners formally adjourned and reconvened as the County Board of Equalization. Chairperson Wissel moved to adjourn as the board of county commissioners and convene as the BOE; Commissioner Mitchell seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
The convening preceded a sequence of individual motions on parcel valuations taken up by the BOE. The board handled each appeal with a recorded motion, second and unanimous vote; the meeting materials listed a resolution and referee recommendation report in support of the BOE agenda.
