Insero & Co. auditor Evan Cleveland presented the district's draft financial audit for the year ending June 30, 2025, telling the Tioga Central School District Board of Education that the work "went very well" and that no concerns were issued aside from a single finding related to extraclassroom activities.
Superintendent Joshua Roe and Business Executive Kendra Seaver were singled out during the presentation for their financial work. Cleveland said the extraclassroom finding pertains to controls within the varied extraclassroom operations (student treasurers, staff advisors, fundraisers and events) and did not indicate broader district-level concerns. Roe commented that having only one extraclassroom finding was a positive result given the number of moving parts involved in extraclassroom funds.
