Commissioners set new valuations for two Lesueur parcels, mobile home valued separately

The Park County Board of Commissioners on Aug. 4 approved adjusted valuations for two parcels owned by Troy Lesueur in Sportsmans Valley. Commissioner Wissel moved to set the parcels at $18,000 per acre, assigning parcel R0049119 a value of $105,195 and parcel R0011616 a value of $108,900; the board also set the mobile home value at $8,188, for a combined total of $117,088. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Amy Mitchell and carried 3-0.
Assessor Jones presented the abatement matter and Troy Lesueur appeared and presented materials during the hearing. The action amends the assessed values the board will use for tax purposes; the minutes record the parcel schedule numbers and addresses: R0049119 (Sportsmans Valley Inc Lot 58) and R0011616 (Lot 60), both listed with Elk Run, Fairplay, CO. No further motions or appeals were recorded in the meeting minutes regarding these parcels.
