Highway Superintendent Ben Smith reported finishing work on Forty Dollar Road for the year, grading Barrett Road, ditching Starr and Helms Roads, repairing turn-arounds on Eddy Road and South Hill, installing riggings on ten-wheelers for plowing, and salt/sanding town roads on Nov. 11. Supervisor Michael Volino reported that the second CHIPS reimbursement request of $57,914.72 had been submitted, with half allocated to Savona Campbell Road and half to Forty Dollar Road. Volino also reported asbestos testing complete for CDBG projects and expected bid awards for three projects in the first week of December.
