Drexel Heights board unanimously approves prior minutes and June financial report

At its July 25 meeting the Drexel Heights Fire District board unanimously approved the June 27 meeting minutes and its checks listing and financial report for the period ending June 30, 2025; both motions passed 5-0.
Board Chair Gary Bynum called the Drexel Heights Fire District meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Friday. The board voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the Regular Board Meeting of June 27, 2025 after a motion from Board Member Laura Dailey and a second from Board Member Elaine Aldrete.
In a separate motion, Board Chair Gary Bynum moved to approve the checks issued listing and the monthly financial report for the period ending June 30, 2025; the motion, seconded by Board Member Elaine Aldrete, passed 5-0. The minutes record both votes as unanimous. The board confirmed a quorum of five members was present: Gary Bynum, Doug Fink, Laura Dailey, James Bertrand and Elaine Aldrete.
