Board approves MX Petroleum fuel bid, bus request and tuition contract; staffing concerns noted

The board also approved a bus request from the Town of Webb Recreation Department to transport Adirondack Day Kamp participants between July 7 and Aug. 8, 2025, contingent on driver availability and the Town listing the District as an additional insured.
Separately, the board authorized the superintendent to execute a tuition agreement with South Lewis Central School District for one special education student at a rate of $24,232 for the 2025–2026 school year. Superintendent Jennifer Dunn noted the district is working through bus driver staffing concerns and is offering paid training and competitive pay to prospective drivers.
