City Manager John W. Coffey told the council that the bollards for the City Hall baffle-box project have been received and installed and that remaining tasks include installation of railings, line striping and related restoration work. Deputy Mayor Adam Dyer praised the project during council comments, saying he "look[s] forward to the opening of that baffle box" and calling it a highlight for surrounding cities. Staff did not indicate outstanding funding needs for completion at the time of the report.
