The Town of Webb Union Free School District Board of Education approved a broad consent agenda during its June 26 regular meeting, accepting minutes, warrants and several personnel appointments.
The board approved warrants and claims across funds: Fund A (#34) with 39 checks totaling $301,263.47; Fund C (#15) with four checks totaling $3,117.07; Fund H1 (#15) with two checks totaling $43,955.86; and Fund TA (#28) with one check totaling $39,787.79. The board recorded the motion and the vote as Yes 5, No 0.
Also approved were athletic volunteer appointments for the 2025–26 soccer program (Perry Cala, Chloe Down, Carlos Marrufo and Cy Barkauskas), substitute teacher John Miller for 2025–26, and summer nurse aide Janine Phanuef. The board approved an updated 2025–26 instructional calendar, with the graduation date item noted on the calendar.
President Diane Heroux called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and the board proceeded through the consent items without recorded opposition. The Treasurer’s Report for May was accepted as part of the motion.
The approvals finalize routine financial and staffing items for the coming school year and clear the way for the district to implement the updated calendar and staffing lists.
