Board members asked clarifying questions about whether the fire department had been dispatched; Dura Ace said police arrived first at the second event and the fire truck did not proceed down the driveway.
Chair and commissioners moved to forgive the fines and reset the counter to zero; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The board recorded the outcome as a remedial action rather than a disciplinary sanction.
