Tuckahoe Planning Board approves Dec. 16 minutes; opens and keeps hearing open on Marbledale Rd. project

TUCKAHOE — The Tuckahoe Planning Board conducted routine procedural business at its Feb. 18 meeting and took three formal actions the board recorded in the minutes.
Chairman Antonio Leo moved to approve the minutes of Dec. 16, 2025; Commissioner Paul Wolfson seconded and the board voted 4–0 in favor. "Chairman Leo motioned to approve the December 16, 2025 minutes, seconded by Commissioner Wolfson and carried with a vote of 4 – 0," the minutes state.
On the meeting’s principal development item, the board voted to open the public hearing for the application at 85–93 Marbledale Road and — after hearing the applicant’s presentation and staff questions — voted unanimously to keep the hearing open to allow the applicant to supply additional stormwater engineering details and renderings prior to a continued hearing.
Items #3 (33 Main Street) and #4 (210 Marbledale Rd.) were listed as adjourned on the agenda; the meeting ended after a unanimous motion to adjourn.
