Separately, trustees considered and approved resolutions naming recipients of Ludwick Foundation and Rogstad Foundation scholarships. Motions to approve those resolutions were made and seconded; roll-call votes were recorded and included two abstentions (noted as "Abstain (Without Conflict)") on at least one resolution. The board approved both resolutions in formal motions.
