Under the agreement, participants who caused damage or engaged in incidents affecting public facilities may be required, as a condition of continued participation in town-sponsored programs, to complete assigned community-service tasks (cleaning and maintenance at playgrounds, parks, Little Wolf Beach, and restrooms). Oversight was assigned to Recreation Director Laura LaBarge and Village DPW Chief Bob DeGrace, with weekly task lists and checklists to document completion. Officials said the program aims to promote accountability and allow continued program participation when appropriate.
