The Town Board adopted Resolution No. 28/2026 to contract with Tri-Lakes Humane Society for the care and shelter of seized animals, setting the annual cost at $7,500 and $2,697 for the remainder of the current year; the resolution took effect immediately upon adoption. The motion carried 5-0.
