At the Dec. 16 meeting the Board of Trustees approved a series of routine actions. Motions carried 5-0 on the annual $300 stipend to the Adirondack Park Local Government Review Board; approval of board minutes for Nov. 18, Dec. 2 and Dec. 5; acceptance of department monthly reports (W/WW, Electric, DPW, Police, Fire, Code Enforcement); electric account write-offs of $30.37 and $32.31 for deceased customers; and approval of the Nov. 18 warrant in the amount of $379,608.61 for payment of bills and abstracts for November 2024.
Trustee LeBlanc moved (second Trustee Shaheen) to enter executive session at 6:55 p.m. for personnel matters; the board exited executive session at 7:25 p.m. and adjourned at 7:26 p.m. All procedural motions recorded in the minutes carried 5-0.
