The board voted to set the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. as the regular meeting time for the Board of Trustees during the 2024–25 official year and designated the first Monday in December as the organizational meeting date when it falls on a weekday. The motion was moved by Trustee LeBlanc and seconded by Trustee Shaheen and carried 4–0.
Trustees also reviewed and adopted the attached procurement procedures/price quotes as the current policy in effect. In addition, the board established a mileage reimbursement rate of $0.65 per mile for village business. These administrative policies are recorded as part of the organizational meeting's resolutions and will guide purchasing and travel reimbursements for the coming year.
