Superintendent Andy Ball presented a proposed revision to DHE(LOCAL) that would expand the district's random drug and alcohol testing program beyond current CDL holders. Under the proposal, School Guardians and employees who drive district vehicles, operate district equipment, handle hazardous equipment or chemicals, or serve as transportation (bus) aides would be added to the random testing pool. Mr. Ball said the revision will be reviewed one month and put on the July agenda for possible adoption.
