Resident asks council to sign access agreement for building next to donated lot

During the open forum, resident Irfan Ehsan told the council he had donated a small piece of land to Coffee City and that a neighboring building is now for sale. He said he would need access across the donated property if he purchased the adjacent building and that he had an attorney prepare a document for the council to sign granting that access.
Ehsan said he would drop the attorney-drafted document with City Secretary Mary McDonald before the next council meeting so staff could place it on the agenda. Councilmember Jeff Blackstone suggested Ehsan bring the document in advance so it can be added to the agenda packet.
