Staff presented a Special Use Permit application to allow an outdoor commercial amusement (minor) southwest of West New Hope Drive and Clover Lane. Applicant representative Gary Jones addressed operational questions. Council discussion focused on hours of operation, noise management and lighting for evening play. The mayor opened the public hearing and no members of the public spoke. The item will proceed through the ordinance reading process for final action.
