City Administrator Mike Kramm reported the pool coping and tile work are complete but that portions of the pool decking on the Jarboe Bayou side are separating and have significant fractures; repairs were said to be scheduled. He said a time-lapse camera has been installed to document boat-ramp and parking-lot work and that AEDs will be purchased for City Hall and the pool.
Kramm also reported Seabrook Animal Control officers have been driving through Clear Lake Shores to become familiar with the area, and that a backup 5G internet system has been installed and successfully tested to provide redundancy for city hall and the police department, at roughly half the prior cost for primary and backup combined.
