Trustees discussed outreach and potential conversations with Labor Drive before finalizing fees and agreed to consider fees as a single ordinance while separating low‑priority items if appropriate.
No ordinance was adopted at the Feb. 5 meeting; trustees asked staff to return with specific fee amounts and implementation procedures.
