EDC report: tree removal, fence staining and early park ideas discussed

Volunteers and board members offered to help install post lights after the fence is stained.
Castleberry said the EDC discussed possible development ideas — such as walking paths and seating areas — but deferred any firm plan until the new budget is available. The board is also working to finalize officer appointments and continues to seek information from TxDOT on relevant matters.
