The Clear Lake Shores City Council approved housekeeping revisions to the Community Pool membership agreement at the April 7 meeting. City Administrator Mike Kramm said the changes include an added key-fob replacement fee on page two of the membership agreement. Councilwoman Susan Baker moved to approve the update; Mayor Pro Tem Amanda Fenwick seconded. The council voted unanimously to adopt the change.
The amendment is described in the minutes as a housekeeping item intended to clarify membership fees and to establish a replacement fee for lost or damaged key fobs. Staff will incorporate the revised language into the membership agreements going forward.
