At the June 9 meeting, attendees Jeanne Blaney and Allyson Quinn presented a list of potential phased improvements for Hartsuff Park, calling out parking, ADA compliance, a bathhouse, septic work, drainage and a pavilion as priorities. Committee member Derek Ewell suggested a design study to refine scope and costs; the committee agreed to refer the possibilities to the State CPA Coalition to confirm which elements might be eligible for CPA funding.
Jeanne Blaney and Allyson Quinn left the meeting at 7:33 p.m. as the committee discussed next steps. The committee did not commit funding at the meeting; members directed staff to coordinate with the State CPA Coalition on eligibility and potential training to support project development.
