CDD confirms ESF cleanup on NWRA 33 and schedules tree re-inspection

The board recorded an update that Environmental Solutions Florida, Inc. (ESF) has executed a contract and begun vegetation removal on NWRA 33 near Rolling Hills Loop. The board added an action item to track the ESF cleanup work, and District Engineer Kurt Heath will inspect the area again and coordinate any necessary repairs.
Chair Kathleen Lonergan raised a report of a partially dead oak behind 18906 Rolling Hills Loop; Mr. Heath’s initial inspection concluded the tree is on another resident’s property behind 11906 Heritage Pointe Drive and not near CDD-owned easements, so the CDD is not currently responsible. Staff noted photos would be helpful for the follow-up inspection and Mr. Heath agreed to re-inspect.
