Board amends and approves Dec. 10 minutes; schedules next meeting and adjourns

Chair Kathleen Lonergan presented the Dec. 10, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes and the Board approved edits: change "Vaughn" to "Vaughan," delete one line, change "Mr. Hurley" to "Mr. Gatz," and change "Mr. Walsh" to "Mr. Rhodes." On motion by Michael Walsh and seconded by Carol Vaughan, the amended minutes were approved "with all in favor."
The Board reviewed a to-do action list (items 1–11, 14, 16 and 18 ongoing; items 12, 13, 15 and 17 completed). Staff reported there were no updates from District Counsel or the District Engineer. The District Manager noted the next meeting will be April 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Chair Lonergan apologized for not following up or publicizing a workshop scheduled for 1:00 p.m. that day, and said the CDD can discuss a workshop at a later date. The meeting adjourned at 2:24 p.m. on a motion by Michael Walsh, seconded by Carol Vaughan, "with all in favor."
