Resident Susan Napolitano questioned whether awarding contracts to the lowest bidder is best practice; District Manager Chuck Adams said he has worked with Premier Lakes and considers their service superior to SOLitude. Supervisor Janice Benedetti reported that a mosquito technician treated a pond the next day after a resident complaint and suggested notifying residents when sprinklers are installed in lakes so the community can consider future maintenance and electricity cost responsibilities.
