Heritage Pines board elects Lonergan chair, updates officer appointments

Mr. Walsh nominated Kathleen Lonergan as Chair and Arthur Rhodes as Vice Chair and the board confirmed the slate; the resolution removes Janice Benedetti from the position of Assistant Secretary and left prior appointments (including Craig Wrathell as Secretary and Treasurer assignments) unchanged.
The action was made on a motion by Mr. Walsh, seconded by Ms. Vaughan, and approved "with all in favor." The resolution records that prior appointments by the board — including Craig Wrathell as Secretary and Treasurer and Jeff Pinder as Assistant Treasurer — remain in place.
