Councilmembers stressed a mix of near‑term safety fixes (u‑turn improvements, spot safety on Flint Rock, Serene Hills and Highlands Boulevard), wildfire mitigation, and careful budgeting for a potential venue or pavilion on Stratus‑dedicated land funded in part with hotel‑occupancy tax if appropriate.
