Board approves rezoning in Vail to bring an existing three-unit property into compliance

Commissioners questioned water-service letters, surveys and whether structures straddle property lines; the applicant (Slade Hughes, who answered commissioners' questions from the audience) confirmed a will-serve letter and advised that building permits had previously been issued. The board approved the ordinance on a motion and voice vote.
