Items approved under the consent agenda included the second reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 17 (speed limits) and several resolutions authorizing professional and construction services: a Water and Wastewater Impact Fee Study update with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for $86,050 (Resolution R006.24.10.24.F1); third-party engineering services with EDGE Engineering not to exceed $60,000 (R007.24.10.24.F2); construction inspection services with Dial Development Services, Ltd. not to exceed $255,000 (R008.24.10.24.F3); a janitorial contract amendment of $112,000 (R010.24.10.24.F5); and a Rapid7 managed security services agreement in an amount not to exceed $135,421.61 per year for 36 months (R012.24.10.24.F7). Council also approved two license agreements for right-of-way improvements on Anderson Mill Road.
Mayor Pro Tem Anne Duffy moved to approve the entire consent agenda; Councilmember Bobbi Hutchinson seconded and the motion passed 6-0 with Councilmember Heather Jefts absent. The ordinance is recorded as CO04.24.10.24.E1 and the resolutions carry the numbers noted above.
