The Planning Board conducted routine votes and provided direction on next steps at its July 7 meeting. Gary Tillman moved to accept the July 7, 2026 minutes as presented; Carli Walsh seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Polly Dawson moved to accept the updated Rules of Procedure; Gary Tillman seconded and the Board voted in favor. Finally, Gary Tillman moved to adjourn at 7:48 p.m.; Carli Walsh seconded and the meeting adjourned unanimously.
Beyond procedural approvals, the Board heard several substantive items for follow up: a request from Peckham to amend excavation phasing at the Queen Street pit (Peckham plans to submit a letter and site plan amendment), staff and CNHRPC previewed draft LDR updates including Data Center language and a Cottage Court overlay, and staff announced CIP schedule dates.
