River Ridge board adopts Resolution 2025-01, elects officers
Summary

The resolution removes James Gilman from the board roster and leaves prior appointments by the board (Chesley "Chuck" Adams as Secretary, Craig Wrathell as Assistant Secretary and Treasurer, Jeff Pinder as Assistant Treasurer) unchanged.
On motion by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Mountford, the resolution was adopted with all in favor. The action formalizes officer roles ahead of upcoming board business and related administrative responsibilities.
