Administration lists FY27 priorities including Hogan Park/City Hall design and utility rate review

City Administrator Bryce Haderlie reviewed progress on priorities identified in previous planning sessions and highlighted accomplishments the city logged over the past year, including reinstatement of the quiet zone, leasing of city properties and resolution of the Alumiteck issue. Haderlie said the Recreation, Arts and Parks (RAP) Tax was reauthorized last year.
Looking ahead, Haderlie presented a multi-item list of projects the city is considering for the next 12 months: Hogan Park/City Hall design, a Legacy Trail resolution, codification of city ordinances, finalizing the Employee Policy Manual, a website transition, updates to utility rates, a possible 1100 West rebuild, Well #3 redrilling, water tank replacement, consideration of selling city property, and examination of employee wages and business license fees. Haderlie asked participants to contribute priorities via Slido for the follow-up session.
