The Utilities committee reported ongoing challenges with the southeast lift station and that all village lift stations have been treated for grease. The committee also noted a leak in the bulk water tank that staff will identify and repair.
The report recorded that 108,000 gallons of water were used to help put out a fire at Sheppard’s Salvage Yard. Trustees asked staff to follow up on lift station repairs and the bulk water tank fix; no budget transfer was recorded at the meeting.
